When you think of this as a "win-once a year"

When you think of this as a "win-once a year" approach to Windows 10, it's easy to see why. It's just not working.

Update: Microsoft has been working on ways to fix the issue by offering a new product update.

Update 2: In early November, Microsoft announced that customers would get a second version of Windows 10 early next year. There's no word yet on how early Microsoft will be announcing that, but we'll probably get a good look.

The State Department spokesman, John Kirby, told reporters in Washington on Tuesday the latest information came from the U.S. military's National Security Council, where a delegation of more than 40 U.S. military personnel and officials met with top officials from the United Nations and the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.

Kirby said the State Department was investigating the matter, but said he could not give further details.

"We are not in the process of reviewing information we have," Kirby said.

Sens. John Kerry (D-Mass.) and John McCain (R-Ariz.) called on the Obama administration to take steps to help bring some of the most volatile conflict in recent years under control in Syria.

"The United States and its allies will be working with all parties to ensure Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's removal from power and the continued peaceful settlement of all aspects of the conflict. There are other, more difficult things to do, but we are prepared," McCain told reporters in New York.

U.S.-backed Syrian rebels launched an offensive to seize control of Deir Ezzor as part of a government drive against Islamic State militants in April and May. That drive, also called Operation Inherent Resolve, has reportedly killed at least 35 Syrian soldiers, including 10 civilians.MOSCOW, April 2. /TASS/. A Russian military jet crashed near the border city of Donetsk in the southeastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv on Thursday, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Monday.

The crash occurred near a large military field near the railway tracks in the Donetsk region, it said.
