The PlayStation Classic is designed to run on a PC
The PlayStation Classic is designed to run on a PC capable of playing most modern (or nearly modern) versions of the PlayStation games. If you want to play a game that isn't available at the time of purchase, you can set the current version to the default of the main program, then use the settings to save the game. In addition, you can use the game name, game configuration, and other information provided by the PlayStation Classic to load and run the game.
We're pretty sure that the source code for the PlayStation Classic is the source code for all the open source components of the PlayStation Classic. However, there are some things to consider when creating those sources. One of the most important things to consider is whether the source code should be used for pre-loading PlayStation Classic (either directly or through a third party emulator).

One of the most important things to consider is whether the source code should be used for pre-loading (or directly or through a third party emulator) PlayStation Classic (either directly or through a third party emulator). There should not be any special license required to use this source code, as we've been told that it's intended solely for use by PlayStation Classic developers and not for any other game developers.
This is one of the reasons we're not going to be doing any further research into the source code of the PlayStation Classic.
However, there are also a number of other things the source code should be made compatible with. The most obvious is the ability to create a separate "playstation" to save the PlayStation Classic from the main program (to use the same name and program name as the game system's main program). The PlayStation Classic's main program is not a PS3 or 4 game so it won't work with the "classic" PS3 and 4 games. The Playstation Classic's main program is a PSVita (PSX)
