The lawsuit alleges that Sidecar's "operational failure" was fueled by its failure to comply with Section 827b of the California Civil Rights Act, which prohibits discrimination based on race and national origin.
The law, which is intended to prevent "unfair treatment of workers" by employers who fail to provide "adequate" benefits (such as sick leave), "deterrent labor practices, and performance discrimination in the public service," prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, size, national origin, disability, or national origin.

I have been aware of the work of Robert M. Reich and William James for many years, and have been intimately involved with his work in many ways. Many of these are not very significant events in my own journey, but my own experiences with Reich and James have given me a deep understanding of how he has been able
