The computer lab was one of many. It was also one of the most important places for Romanian students to learn computer science.

After graduating from Politehnica, students quickly found work at many different computer labs, as well. Among those that thrived were the Computer Science Institute of Romania (CSI), a group focused on improving computer science education in Romania, and the School of Information Sciences (SIS), a group that is teaching students the fundamental concepts of computer science.

"It's a great school," says the CSI's Vice-President, John Barra, adding that CSI is just as good in Romania as Politehnica was.

But while CSI has been around for nearly a decade, many of its students didn't make it to CSI.

"Our most important goal was to help them succeed in computer science," Barra says. "We had the same goal for the CSI, which is to help them learn the basics, learn the basics in computer science, and improve them through the training."

Of course, there were many students who had never worked at CSI before. "You can't just teach to read," says Barra. "It was so hard to teach them the basics of information theory."

In fact, Barra says, there were some students who didn't even know where to focus their efforts when they graduated from this program.

"This place is so difficult to go to because of the lack of people," says Barra. "The only way to do it is to teach to read."

The CSI's Computer Science Institute of Romania, or CSI I, was founded in 1993 in Bucharest. It was founded in this building, which is now part of Bucharest, as a place to study computer science and study the technical side of the system. It was dedicated to teaching students the basic concepts of computer science and improving them through training.

A typical week started with a class, followed by a break and a break to do some online exercises. The rest of the week, students would complete a new course, and then go home to work.

The CSI does not have a specific course, but it teaches students to be able to create their own course ideas, and to learn and use them. But it doesn't have a curriculum, so the students must work from home to learn their own course ideas.

In addition to teaching students the basic concepts of computer science, CSI also teaches students to use the Internet to
