Paltrow told Variety that it's the first time a movie

Paltrow told Variety that it's the first time a movie was coming out of Netflix's catalog and said Paltrow has been "actively exploring" this move.

"We're excited to do this story," he told Variety. "It is a great way for us to talk about the health of our young viewers."

Paltrow is one of a growing number of Netflix subscribers who are starting to use their devices for more than just sports and beauty. In fact, Goop has even begun to make health apps for tablets. Earlier this year, it launched a product called a "biometric health app," making it easy for users to use their gadgets to track their health.

As the company continues to expand into wellness, Paltrow said this deal will also be used in an effort to bring its content to more people.

"It's one of the fastest growing content on the web right now," Paltrow said. "We're already seeing a lot of different types of content that have no content for children. It is a very important piece of the Netflix universe."

Paltrow is not alone on his plans to expand the "biofeedback" community with his first movie, the Netflix series Black Mirror. The company has also hired other independent producers and artists to work with the group to produce its projects.
