Other users say, "I am having the same problems as before, but now I am connected to a different shoe with the same settings, and the update fails when I reboot, and then reboot it again when I get the update from the app again."

As a customer on eBay, I can only imagine what it would take to fix this. It's hard to complain about a good ol' company, which is the only Nike product I've ever used. I've ordered a pair of Nike Smart Running Shoes, a pair of Nike Running Jacket, and a pair of Nike Running Shoes for my wife and children. I am also in the process of upgrading to the Nike Adapt BB. I have no idea what goes wrong.

I really hope that Nike can fix these issues with a firmware update. I can't wait to try them out.
