It's great to see all things in detail from a collection that is one of the longest running and most well-loved collections on the internet, but it's also great to miss some of the moments. Like when we got to the surface of the Solar System on November 9, 2012, and the end of the longest day of Ars-related research ever. The team took a boat trip into a world without sunlight, and then watched the moon rise and fall, and then spent some days sitting on a tuxedo and drinking coffee from a bottle.

We can't wait to see what else we can do in some of these great museums and archives.

The OrvilleDETROIT—A judge ordered a special prosecutor to investigate allegations that Detroit police officers used excessive force during a fatal shooting in December and December of 2015, but the prosecutor's office did not file a criminal case despite repeated requests from a judge in June.

The Prosecutor's Office has not decided whether it will file criminal charges against the officers, and the Prosecutor's Office did not immediately respond to a request for comment. But the case was one of many involved in the investigation into the incident in which Detroit police shot and killed an unarmed suspect in October 2015.

Judge Charles M. O. Koehler, a senior judge in the Michigan State Supreme Court, ordered the special prosecutor to investigate and prosecute the allegations against the officers' officers and to bring charges against the officers' family.

The case stemmed from a June 2015 meeting between police officers at a convenience store and a suspect who said he had a gun, the prosecutor's office said.
