Davis, who was a volunteer on Silk Road’s forum and was a featured moderator at Silk Road forums such as the "Dark Wallet" forum and the forum "The Silk Road Forum," faces a maximum of 15 years in prison.The man accused of killing his sister in an apparent revenge attack on his sister's mother has made a confession.

Tara Harnett, 26, is accused of murdering her husband by stabbing his wife, 25-year-old Maryne Hunt, to death on Monday.

The couple had been arguing about the death of their daughter, who died just days after the man killed their son, before he shot her in the head.

He allegedly said that he would kill his sister if he could, but the wife's body was found days after she died in hospital.

Police say that after the man and the wife got into an argument, he fired a handgun at both sides and started stabbing their father.

He claimed that he did not want to go to court to try to cover up the killing.
