Verizon denied the allegations, saying that it is only offering its employees free Echo devices. "We are not charging members of our employees for free Echo and/or Amazon Prime subscriptions, and we are not providing any additional services to our customers that would have caused consumers to believe that they can opt in to participating in the FiOS-based subscription program.
