To be fair, the company hasn't mentioned its own Android

To be fair, the company hasn't mentioned its own Android operating system for the first time, but it seems this handset comes with a few updates. We'll update this post if the deal goes through.

We also mentioned that the device is currently in pre-production, and it will include Android 6.0 Marshmallow, which may not yet have been officially implemented. But the company hasn't officially announced any official updates since. This is likely to be the case for the rest of the Essential iPhone lineup. In an effort to counter the growing trend of "fake news" and disinformation by the Russian government, Facebook has announced plans to expand its own security tools to help protect you and your family from the world's most dangerous and often violent news.

The company has recently launched a new security service called "Ghostly," which will allow users to anonymously report any suspicious activity on the platform. Users can also post their information to the website to make sure they are not being manipulated or exploited.

Ghostly will continue to work with Facebook throughout the next year, the company said. The Department of Justice (DOJ) has granted an extension to the stay on the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer order issued in May 2011, which is intended to detain undocumented immigrants for up to 48 hours.

The order was issued as part of a lawsuit filed under the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by a group of California, New York, and Texas Latino immigrant advocates seeking to get the order extended over the next three years. The Justice Department and the Office of Legal Counsel (OLHC) announced the order on May 23.

In a statement released by OLCHC on May 26, DOJ Assistant Attorney General Andrew Gethin said ICE's policy on detainer requests "was one of the most robust in recent history" and "does not reflect those of the Department's other enforcement programs."

Gethin added that the DOJ is "committed to ensuring that our immigration detention centers are well-equipped to handle the influx of illegal immigrants and the continued growth of our border enforcement efforts."

The order was issued in May 2011, four years after President Obama issued the executive order that ended the temporary halt on all deportations of undocumented immigrants.
