The OnePlus 6T's battery life is still a mystery. We've already heard rumors indicating that the device will last up to 7 hours. We're still waiting to hear whether or not the OnePlus 6T has any issues with overheating or other issues. If we get the chance, we'll let you know. There's nothing new to suggest that the 6T will last a long time.A woman who had been raped while on the job, and who was charged with assaulting her after she tried to stop the attack, was arrested in a court in New York last month and charged with statutory rape.

The 28-year-old woman was a senior at a high school in Westchester County when she was struck by a car on Sept. 1, authorities announced. When she tried to stop the attack, she was struck once on the chest and twice on the right shoulder, according to a statement from the Nassau County Prosecutor's Office.

The victim was transported to the hospital for a second or third wound to her back.

"She had been taken to the hospital with a non-life-threatening condition with no prior history of domestic violence, and has been placed on protective custody," the statement said.

The woman was taken to the hospital in critical condition, but she was released without incident and will be charged in January with statutory rape, according to NYPD spokesman Lt. Col. Michael R. O'Neill Jr.

Police have not released the name of the woman, who has not been identified, but she was described as a "social media sensation," according to police.

The suspect had been accused of raping the woman on Jan. 2, 2012, but authorities said there was no evidence to link her to the crime.
