The film Viva the Sky (1996), in which the protagonist is kidnapped from an abandoned planet by a mysterious scientist and forced to live in a space station. The aliens are a small, alien-hostile species that seem intent on destroying Earth so they can test their technology on a human. Unfortunately, their plans have been thwarted by a mysterious alien-hostile space station. Now the only people left on the station are the survivors and a mysterious young woman named Elma.
The film The Good, The Bad and the Ugly (1997), where the protagonist is abducted by a group of alien beings who want to have sex with him, but are instead sent to Mars to take over the planet, before being rescued by a group of humans. The aliens were also looking to destroy Earth and the planet, and in return, the heroes decide to build a new world before they end up on the other side.
The film The Day of the Doctor (1998), in which the main character has a mysterious illness that allows him to live a much longer life without the need for radiation and chemotherapy. But his treatment doesn't last long, and his wife decides she'll let him live in his house for a while, hoping to be as happy as possible.
