Microsoft already provides a way to add languages to Windows

Microsoft already provides a way to add languages to Windows 10, and there's an upcoming update to that update for Windows 10. So far, it's hard not to find those with Windows Defender or other Windows updates being installed. Microsoft has an active list of languages that will be added to Windows 10, including English, French, German, Irish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Russian.

Microsoft also gave us a preview build containing the new SDKs for Windows 10, the new Windows Server SDKs, and Windows Mixed Reality, all of which will be available to those who want to build their own Windows Mixed Reality apps. A separate update to the Windows 10 SDKs makes it available to any person who wants to build a Windows Mixed Reality application for PC.

To see what's new in Windows 10, watch today's presentation at the Microsoft Developers Conference. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on Monday released a statement saying that "the American people have a right to know about the activities of terrorist organizations such as Islamic State, as well as the activities of the Islamic State (IS) in Syria and Iraq."

The statement goes on to cite an "information-sharing agreement" between the United States and the two groups of jihadists who have declared "war" on Muslims in Syria and Iraq.

The Department also said that the US government "continues to investigate" the role of the Syrian Kurdish YPG militia, backed by its Turkish allies, in the "provocation of an attack on the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government."

The statement continues that "the United States has no intention of doing anything that would cause us any harm."
