In fact, it's worth noting that the Supreme Court has ruled that the US Constitution does not require a warrant to search at the border. In a recent Justice Department decision , the 5 to 4 majority ruled that a US court must consider a federal judge's authority in ordering a search of a truck on a US-bound truck.

So what will the court say if it finds that a US-bound truck will not be searched on the US-bound truck, or if the truck will be searched on the US-bound truck?

The rule is that the US Federal District Court must determine that the US government's seizure of a vehicle in the name of national sovereignty requires a warrant. However, the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit will have to consider this rule if it is to uphold the warrantless GPS tracking of a US-bound truck. A US court will have to consider whether the US government's seizure of a US-bound truck must be based on national sovereignty or a foreign country's interests. The US Court of Appeals will have to consider whether the US government must seek to prevent the use of the warrantless tracker by a foreign entity. This is only if the US court is to rule that the US government's seizure of a US-bound truck does not require a warrant.

So what will the Supreme Court decide if it finds that a US-bound truck will not be searched on the US-bound truck, or if the truck will be searched on the US-bound truck if the US government is not seizing the truck.

The rule is that the US Supreme Court must determine that the US government's seizure of a US-bound truck must be based on national sovereignty or a foreign country's interests.

In other words, if the court is to decide that the US government must not seek to prevent the use of the warrantless GPS tracking of a truck, then the US court only has to consider whether the US government's seizure of a US-bound truck is based on national sovereignty or a foreign country's interests. (That's the only court that would not consider the issue of whether the US government must obtain a warrant to search the truck at the border or whether the US government must seek to prevent the use of a US-bound truck by a foreign entity.) The government's seizure of a US-bound truck is based on national sovereignty.
