The app is available now from both the company's mobile and desktop app stores.The former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, Sergey Kislyak, has been arrested by security forces in the eastern Ukrainian town of Lugansk, state media said Tuesday, days after he left for Russia.

Kislyak is charged with "interference," the second-highest charge of Russian aggression, said Ukrainian state media.

Ukraine's Interior Ministry said he was detained on Sunday after he left for Russia. The Russian-speaking man, who is said to have lived in Ukraine for many years, was detained in Kharkiv in the town of Lautar, about three miles from Lugansk, the Ukrainian state news agency, Kommersant, reported.

The statement said the man was also detained for "interference" after he left for Moscow.

Kislyak, who is in his 30s, had been in Ukraine for more than two years.The American Medical Association is calling for a "national debate" on the U.S. military's use of force against Syria. The association was founded in 1983 in response to the bombing of two medical centers of the Syrian city of Aleppo. The military has carried out hundreds of airstrikes on government positions and military targets, and has repeatedly referred to the Syrian government as the "Aleppo People's Republic."

The AMA calls for an overhaul of American policy to confront the "grave and growing threat" from the Syrian government. "We have long known that the Assad regime, in the hands of the United States, has the primary responsibility to ensure that its civilian population is not allowed to return home," the AMA's Executive Director, Dr. William A. White wrote in a letter to the president this past November.

The AMA also argues that the Syrian government has a legitimate claim to the right to self-defense. White pointed out that "the Syrian government's claims to self-defense have been undermined by its continued presence in the country, particularly in the cities of Aleppo and Deir al-Zour."
