Federal authorities also accused Ieremenko and Radchenko of stealing from two companies that have been trading publicly through EDGAR, and said they also compromised other companies including a Chinese-owned utility and a Malaysian company, also in New Jersey. Federal officials said they also compromised a Chinese-owned bank and a Malaysian company.
The SEC also charged eight individuals for the scheme and four others for trading the information from an EDGAR file online. They include the Russian-born Dmitry Sverdlov as a trader and the New Jersey-based Pankaj Dutta, a financial analyst who has also been charged in New Jersey with securities fraud. The US was already using "ground forces" in Iraq and Afghanistan, it said, to counter the Islamic State group, which has also been using its forces in the Middle East and Africa.
The military's report was commissioned in June and is being prepared by a group of military experts.
The Pentagon said it was considering military actions, but was not prepared to discuss what they would entail in response. You've seen the news about the "unreliable" Internet — that you'll need to connect to the Internet for at
