Carey's approach is not unique, though. In fact, he's already taken on a new level with a new art form: he's creating murals that are both bold and playful, which he hopes will help make the city's urban history a little more permanent. "It's not a simple process," Carey told Business Insider. "There are things the city does that they're not going to be able to do today. It's a process that is difficult and expensive to do, but I do believe it can become something that we can live with."

In other words, "The City of New Orleans" is, in many ways, an attempt to make the city's architectural history a little more permanent.

It's a bit like the city's current "urban renewal" plan. The "urban renewal" will eventually become a citywide "urban renewal plan," with a major transformation in terms of population, the development of amenities, and the construction of new parks and housing, but the process isn't just about building new houses – it's about also transforming the city. The urban renewal program will require a lot of public-private partnerships, as well as the creation of public works.

The urban renewal plan is a much more complicated one, however. While it may not be the most radical idea, it's already a bit more "urban" than the rest of New Orleans' urban revival plans. The program is a key part of the ongoing revitalization project (see "What are the most exciting projects in the city?" below). It's even more "urban" than the "urban" plans proposed by the city's Metropolitan Council.

For one thing, New Orleans is only a few miles from the capital. It's also not a city that is a little more urban than other big cities, such as New York, San Francisco and Paris. As for the plans Carey plans, they would be similar to the plans of the other major urban projects in New Orleans. For example, the "New Orleans Urban Renewal Plan" would also involve the redevelopment of the city's old shopping mall, and the renewal of public transit. The plan, which is currently in development, would include a number of areas that would be "unused at any given time," including a new park.
